Tonya D. Page, a partner at St. Louis-based Page Law, practices exclusively in the area of Missouri family law and domestic relations.
"Helping families transition through this often difficult period is an important part of my role as a family law attorney," says Page. "As both an advocate and counselor, I work hard on behalf of my clients to ensure that their legal rights are protected."
Page handles a wide range of Missouri family law matters, including:
- Divorces – complex, contested and uncontested
- Division of marital property in high-net-worth divorce cases
- Child custody – joint, temporary or full legal child custody motions and motions to modify
- Child support – child support payments, calculations and motions to modify
- Alimony and spousal support
- Paternity disputes
- Grandparent visitation
- Domestic violence and orders of protection
- Prenuptial agreements
- Postnuptial agreements
Although Page practices primarily in St. Louis County, the city of St. Louis and St. Charles County, she has tried cases throughout the state of Missouri, including Boone, Lincoln, Franklin, Jefferson, Greene and Taney counties. In addition to family law trial work, Page represents clients in family law appeals cases.
Page received her undergraduate degree from Columbia College, where she graduated magna cum laude as valedictorian. She obtained her law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Outside the courtroom, Page is active in the legal community. She is a member of the Missouri Bar’s Family Law Section and the family law section of the Bar Association of Missouri St. Louis, serves on the executive board of Lawyers for Kids and is an active member of Attorneys for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri. Page has presented lectures on family law and served as a judge for the Missouri High School Mock Trial Competition.
